What’s included.

Accomodation

Joining our group trips means your accommodation is covered. So spend less time worrying, and more time exploring. We have selected 3-4* hotels that we will be staying in. Note that as this is a group trip, if you’re travelling solo that means you will be randomly allocated a shared room with a group trip traveller. You have the option to choose to have your own room at an extra cost that varies depending on location and hotel.

Shared rooms consist of two single beds and a shared bathroom. These are randomly allocated. If you‘re travelling with a friend and want to share a room together, please email us at info@justbeyondadventures.com at the time of your booking to allow us to organise this for you.

Selected Meals

All breakfasts are included on the group trip provided by the hotels. We also provide a welcome meal and a leaving meal (leaving meal isn’t provided on all trips). Other meals throughout the day are to be provided by yourself. The average cost of a meal is around £5-£10. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. We do also ask all guests to fill in a medical form before the trip.

Internal Transport

On our trips your transport is included as part of your package.
Transport throughout the trip such as the metro are provided by yourself, which is easily accessible and affordable. Transport on excursions you take part in will be included. Feel free to make the most of public transport on your free days, where we’ll be more than happy to guide and help you.

Excursions & Activities

Excursions are included in the total price of the group trips. Activities such as visiting public viewing areas and cafes are not included in the price. There may be an option to add on additional excursions at an extra cost, but this will be specified on the trip you book.

Hey! I’m Charlotte, I’m 26 and my passions are aviation & travel! I’ve worked in the aviation industry for 8 years and travel as much as I can around being in work! 

So far, I’ve visited 51 countries and I try to go to at least 10 a year! From Europe to Asia, I’ve had some of the best experiences of my life whilst travelling, and can’t wait to experience these adventures with you!

How to book with us

  • Choose your trip date

    All you need to do is select the trip you want to join and read the important information about the trip.

  • Secure your spot with a deposit

    Once you have selected the trip you want to join, all you need to do is pay your deposit and keep an eye on your emails for booking confirmation. You will have the option to pay the final balance in instalments.

  • Pack your bags!

    Get packing your bags as you’ll soon be joining us! We will keep in contact with you up until the trip date on important information you may need.

FAQ

Do I need a visa?

For visa requirements, we suggest you check your governments website for entry requirements. These must be provided by yourself.

Where are we staying?

We stay in comfortable, centrally located hotels where possible — you’ll receive your full itinerary and hotel list in your welcome pack. We can’t always guarantee that we’ll be staying in the hotels we advertise as they’re subject to availability.

How do I get to and from the airport?

Our team will meet you at the arrival hall — look for the Just Beyond Adventures sign! We can’t always guarantee a Just Beyond Adventures rep will meet you at the airport, however, do not worry as we will still be in contact with you via WhatsApp. Some trips may include airport transfers, however this will be specified in the trip itinerary.

How much cash should I bring?

We can’t suggest how much to bring as everyone’s spending habits are different. ATMs are widely available, but we recommend bringing some currency for small purchases. Most places take card payments, however smaller venders may only take cash.

Do I need a SIM-Card?

Wi-Fi is common, but we suggest a ESIM for convenience. You can purchase E-SIMs online or you can buy them in the arrivals hall once you land. We are happy to recommend our favourite providers.

Who do I contact in an emergency?

You’ll get a 24/7 emergency contact number in your final itinerary email.

How does payment work?

When you book a trip with us, you can secure your spot with a deposit. Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation of your payment, and your final balance.

Payments are can made in instalments, to offer flexibility to our customers. Please note that the final payment must be made by the deadline. You will receive an email reminder.

Amazing experience. Every single second was packed with fun and long term memories. Made new friends as a solo traveler when I got there. The people running the company were so friendly you can't help but come out your shell. They helped with anything you want. Changed times and places to accommodate with getting the best weather to visit places when they can. They showed you around and allowed you to do whatever you want within reason. Helped with transports within Japan. Made sure you never go hungry with visiting a lot of food shops and you can't help but snacks. Completely loved it. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Amazing value for money. You feel like you spent all the money in the first few days to find out there more amazing sights still to be seen. Love to go again and again.
